Its capitalized to emphasize its importance.
Even I’ve been referring to it as such for a while. I believe its either the annotation of a much longer acronym, or the meaning was lost over the years.
Although it means exactly what, I am assuming, most people assume it means. I personally am here more than the address my mail is sent to.
Technical Difficulties ((hiatus))
It seems that the computer system at HOME has gone off the metephorical deep end.
For now everyone is on indefinite paid vacation.
We will be back and running as soon as the goverment decides to pitch in for fixing this.
